Rise & Shine

Having grown up in Crawley and being part of the scene in some way most of my life I have come to a point where I would like to give something back.  I have been fortunate to choose dance, martial arts and music amongst other hobbies to keep me off the streets. 

I want with the help of friends and associates to form a foundation of creative and physical arts that will allow young adults to explore their interests in a safe and welcoming environment whether this is at K2 or another venue.

The hope is that from events, workshops and activities a feeling of belonging to a caring forward thinking community will develop and lead to further initiatives being undertaken.

I have the infinite belief in what you give is what you get and if we can get enough people giving back some of their talent they have cultivated over time back into the community with projects like 'Rise and Shine' then everyone is a winner.

We all have a talent or skill that can benefit others, so now is the time to make a stand or rise up, get involved and see yours and their ability shine.
